How can I prepare for closing? Upon receipt of a real estate contract and/or lender title request, we will evaluate each file for its individual needs. Some of the information we will need may include address, phone number, e-mail address, loan information and homeowners association information.
What do I need to bring to closing? Please bring valid photo identification and any original documents that may be required for closing. We will advise in advance of closing.
Not able to make to the office for closing? That is no problem. We offer flexible and convenient options for closings that take place outside of our beautiful area. Some of these options include sending your closing documents via overnight service and/or coordinating notarial services.
What is reissue credit and do I qualify for it? Reissue credit or reissue rate is a discount you may be entitled to for a prior owner's title policy purchased on the property. We review every file to make sure you receive the lowest possible rate.
